U.S. Pilates™, LLC, successor to the United States Pilates Association® (U.S.P.A.®), is the exclusive provider educating Instructors through a comprehensive certification program called The Classical Pilates  USA  Teacher Certification Program. Certifying Pilates Instructors in the Classical Methodology since 2005, our curriculum and training program is based entirely off of the original work of Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska. Through observation, practice, teaching and assisting, Apprentices form a deep understanding of the full Classical Pilates repertoire. By developing a strong foundation, they also learn a variety of progressions and modifications that will help prepare them to meet the needs of their clients. Our faculty of Teacher Trainers and Second Generation Instructors provide mentorships and guidance to the Apprentices throughout their journey to ensure optimum opportunity for learning. Our certification program is truly unique and we aspire to preserve the traditional Pilates Classical Methodology. We uphold our program to the highest standards and continue to promote the Pilates education and professional training for future generations.
