"Honor Every Position" a seminar presented by David Freeman, Senior Teacher Trainer, Classical Pilates USA®

Over the years, when David observed and trained with the Great Bob Liekens, as an apprentice, instructor and Teacher Trainer, Bob continually emphasized the importance of this phrase. During this Seminar we will see exactly how important this concept is. After teaching Classical Pilates for more than 25 years,  David still uses this concept as a major guideline in how he teaches. It is a key element to making sure we teach Classical Pilates to reach its goal of  transforming the “Mind, Body and Spirit” of the people we teach.
