In this seminar, we’ll explore strategies for tailoring your teaching to meet the needs of clients who are “between” beginner-intermediate or intermediate-advanced level clients. Whether they’re building confidence in more complex exercises or building strength to move toward more advanced levels, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to guide them through this transitional phase. Through a combination of lecture, demonstration, and practical exercises, we’ll cover:
Stepping-stone exercises that can be used to make daunting advanced exercises more accessible. (Examples: broken down rowing series, long back arms, overhead prep, balance control with box under hands)
Modifying exercises for different skill levels in a group setting.
Building confidence in your clients.
Whether you're working with clients who are just a few steps away from the next level or those who need a little extra guidance to make that leap, this seminar will provide you with the tools to enhance your teaching and help your clients move forward with confidence.
