Hello
My name is Jessica Pallotti and I am a Teacher Trainer for U.S. Pilates LLC.
Jessica's Story
Jessica was introduced to the Pilates method in 2013 while obtaining her BFA in Dance at Adelphi University. She immediately fell in love with its ability to enhance her training. The methods focus on stability against mobility parallels many aspects of Dance. Shortly after graduating in 2016 she moved to the greater New York City area to further pursue training in Dance.

Pilates became a second love as she experienced its benefits on her body, enabling her to sustain a longer and stronger career as a Professional Dancer. Jessica was quickly inspired to continue her journey with Pilates by teaching others to better understand their bodies. She focuses on cultivating form, increasing flexibility, overall body strength and awareness through challenging and rehabilitative workouts.

Jessica was certified in 2019 by the United States Pilates Association™. She continues to train under Brett Howard, a Director of Education of the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification Program (formally the United States Pilates Association™) and a second generation teacher certified by Joseph Pilates’ protégé Romana Kryzanowska. She also trains with Tetsuo Yoshida, a 3rd generation teacher and a Teacher Trainer for the the Classical Pilates USA® Teacher Certification Program.

Jessica continued to dance professionally in the greater NYC/NJ area until late 2019. She suffered a severe back injury which prevented her from performing. The pandemic hit in 2020 and she leaned into her Pilates practice to help with the rehabilitation of her back. While any injury comes with challenges both mentally and physically this provided her a deeper understanding of the Pilates methodology and its effectiveness. It allowed her to empathize with clients who may have a similar situation. While she is no longer dancing professionally she is an active weightlifter at the gym. Pilates keeps her back healthy and body strong while she spends her days teaching long hours.

Her education continued as she pursued her Teacher Trainer certification in 2024 with the hope to pass on her knowledge of Classical Pilates to the next generation of teachers. Jessica has always felt it is important to continue to share and teach the Classical Pilates method in the way it was intended.

Jessica hopes to share her knowledge and background of movement with individuals to help them reconnect with their bodies on a deeper level so they can learn to move to their fullest potential.
