Last time this Seminar was presented it was conducted with a PowerPoint discussions of the 6 Principles.“It’s a Matter of Principles - PART 2 “ is a totally interactive experience with no PowerPoint component. David Freeman will be review a repertoire of Pilates Exercises, chosen by the Attendees and David, and will be taught to live bodies with a close view of When, Where and How to apply one or more of the 6 Principles. Questions, comments and thoughts from the Attendees will be encouraged throughout the Seminar. Let’s all learn from one another. This was a “Romana Principle”!
SEMINAR PROVIDER: David Freeman, Principal and Senior Teacher Trainer since 2005
David trained extensively with Romana Kyzanowska and was cer9fied in 1999 as a Classical Pilates Instructor. Since 2005, David has trained and cer9fied hundreds of instructors through the U.S.P.A.® and U.S. Pilates LLC Teacher Training Cer9fica9on Programs keeping alive the Classical methodology as taught by Joe, Clara and Romana. David’s essay “My Voyage through the World of Pilates” is featured in Peter Fiasca’s book, “Voices of Classical Pilates, a collec9on of essays from 28 Classical Pilates Instructors. David has also been featured in Pilates Style Magazine in an ar9cle en9tled “My Fountain of Youth” and can be seen on Pilates Any9me giving his insights on Romana and on other training videos (Gratz and various studios throughout the U.S.)
