About the event
It's true, the Hips really don't lie. In this Seminar we will focus on the anatomy of the hip girdle, supporting musculature and function as it relates to training in our Pilates Practice. We will dive deeper into learning more about disease states, conditions and limitations in order to customize the most transformational session for your client.
