Exploring the Guillotine, Arm Chair and Auxiliary Pilates Devices

In this seminar students will delve in to the repertoire of some of the supporting Pilates apparatus and devices that are often less used in the Pilates Studio. Exercises on the Guillotine, Arm Chair, Neck Stretcher, Foot Corrector, Toe Exerciser, Finger Exerciser, Sand Bag, Breath Exerciser, Push Up Device and Gondola Pole will be taught and broken down. This seminar will earn you 4 continuing education credits and is available in-person only.
