Join us for a weekend of learning! Along with attendees, we will be reviewing the Basic and Intermediate Classical Pilates repertoire, involving all applicable apparatus. This is an interactive program designed for attendees to actively participate, obtaining hands on knowledge of the exercises in their entirety, from application, through modifications, and execution.
