About the event
On June 9-11, 2023, U.S. Pilates Principle and Teacher of Teachers Jennifer O'Mara will be hosting an Advanced Systems Workshop at Zoeli Studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During your time with her, Apprentices will be reviewing the Advanced repertoire, involving all applicable apparatus. This is an interactive program designed for attendees to actively participate, obtaining hands on knowledge of the exercises in their entirety, from application, through modifications, and execution.
