Basic Systems Workshop with Alia Staples, Teacher Trainer, Classical Pilates USA®

Join Alia Staples for a weekend of learning! Along with attendees, Alia will be reviewing the Basic Classical Pilates repertoire, involving all applicable apparatus. This is an interactive program designed for attendees to actively participate, obtaining hands on knowledge of the exercises in their entirety, from application, through modifications, and execution.

Continuing Education Credits can be earned for this Workshop if attended IN-PERSON. Pre-approval through info@classicalpilatesusa.com must be done prior to purchasing CECs. All three (3) days must be attended to receive four (4) credits.
